Products go into anti-static shielding bags with clear humidity indicator cards. Then we pack into custom corrugated cartons with foam inserts or dividers. Our packaging line is designed for high throughput and low waste, meeting export standards while keeping costs low for overseas customers.

Every production batch follows incoming part checks, inprocess inspections, and final functional tests, ensuring consistent performance for highvolume orders to global markets.

100% of products run for 4 hours before packing

Each finished unit — blower, vacuum, or fan — runs continuously for 4 hours using its own USBcharged battery under realload conditions. This 100% aging test detects early battery or motor issues. Only stable, fully runin products are packed, significantly reducing customer complaints and field returns.

Every lithiumion cell used in our portable cleaners, brushes, and car fans is 100% tested for open voltage, internal resistance (IR), and actual discharge capacity. Mismatched or weak cells are rejected. This ensures balanced battery packs, longer runtime, and safe charging for all USB devices.

We follow ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 / GB/T 2828.1 Level II sampling. Major defects (motor fails, USB not charging, unsafe function) are zero tolerance — any major fails the entire lot. Minor defects (cosmetic scratches, label issues) accept ≤1.0. This protects your brand while keeping production practical.
